Stuck in PAL mode?

Right now when I Turn the mag on it goes to what looks like the list of providers NFPS
The screen is rolling
I am connected to an older tv via the cable that came with the mag single to rca

When I put it on hdtv samsung it says mode not supported,

how can i get out of rolling screen on sony tube tv?
has worked for months

press the Aspect button on the remote till you get the correct picture format

that is one of the buttons on either side of the 0 ?
unfortunatly did not work
I should also mention picture is in black and white

well confirmed i am kind of a dipshit.
was not pressing down the menu button but
another button with three lines
got into the bios
changed to right tv
all is good
