EPG Downloads but does not appear with TV channels

Installed ninja Stalker EPG Updater 1,0,17
Stalker Client NFPS 1,0,8
and set System TV, Settings, General, to Enabled
then I see "Importing Guide From Clients" and load of all channels & VoD
So far, so good,

But then when I go to TV, channels all show but EPG is blank.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Thanks ILAN for the speedy response. I will try solution #1 but confused about instruction "Exit Kodi, (4) Do an IPTV Reset, (5) Start Kodi," How to reset IPTV outside Kodi?

Go to the Donation Checker for your service (NFPS, Rocket, IPTV66), log in and you'll see an IPTV Reset button there. After doing the IPTV Reset, wait about 15 minutes before firing up Kodi.
