Authentication error

Greetings,

I've recently been testing out iptv66 with STB Emulator and have not had any problems whatsoever however on today, I decided to do another test with different device and new mac address and have continously received an authentication error after putting my user name and password into the logon form that request those 2 items. I've done what I have normally done as recently as last week where I have a new mac, new route, setup a new profile in STB, changed the server portal, put in the new mac address, set to send the device ID.. I'm not sure what I'm missing and why I keep getting this error. Please help.

seems my STB will not save the mac address and I'm not sure why
