epg down?

hey just wanted to confirm if the epg is down? cant seem to get epg data to load even after an iptv reset.

The guide is working. A reset doesn't directly address a loading issue. It is much simpler and more direct to reload the guide a time or two...

System > Settings > TV > Guide > Clear data (Yes)

hmmm yea not sure whats up. guide just doesn't load on my end even after that. I thought that was the issue also with clearing guide data but still the same. Might be a beta 2 issue on Kodi 17. But still an issue on beta 3

I have heard quite a few people mentioning a guide issue and they were using Kodi 17. I can't say for sure that is the problem, but it is a possibility. The guide loaded fine once again this morning at this end...

I should have asked: Are you using the remote URL? If so, are you using the long form of the remote URL? There could be a redirection problem in K17 if you're using the short URL.

yea im using the long url. that was something i figured out when i entered it into chrome and it redirected me to github. it might be a plugin issue on kodi 17. im looking into it now to see if it was merged to master branch. it was fixed but on 2.8.1

From what I can tell, this US Guide problem may relate to the Net Hacking that has been in the news. I can get all the UK Guide data but using other epg addons like Ivue2, FTV guide, Renegades etc., I cannot get any US guide data. Normally when Ninja is AWOL, I can get Us & Uk guide data using any of these other methods, but the last 2-3 days has been UK data only.

its a kodi issue. it works fine for me since im not in the US right now. My routings are all correct. i verified them this morning
its just stalker pvr not being able to parse and load the guide. it was fixed but maybe theres an issue with the xml.

im on 16 and its still doing the same thing for me. i cleared data and using the long url with built in stalker was working 2 days ago
