IPTV Stalker Plus will not install

Using Openelec 6.03 with Kodi 15.2 Helix
From the Clairvoyance repo, I loaded the Epg Ninja Repo from ZIP. The repo loaded in as Epg Ninja Addons. From the Video Addons tab I tried to install IPTV Stalker Plus.

The Download was EXTREMELY slow, and after an hour or so the download reached 100% and then download ended. BUT... after all that, the IPTS Stalker Plus addon was not loaded.

Well you are not alone. I tried and gave up. Posted couple of times on the forums NO response.

The repo may not be working. I have experience with the Openelec platform to tell you what exactly to do. If you think it's the add-on, try the mod version by Couch Potato.

"Access Denied" after installing IPV Stalker plus in Kodi Done every thing as per tutorial, done several resets. Access denied is there anything else i can do 'AvovTV oline+ box.
any help or recommendations appreciated Im into my 8th week without TV
