If you download the zip file outside of Kodi to the box or PC, then use Kodi to install it install fast and works well.

The current issue is the zip file is not available. No attachments are working after the forum's migration. Dara has suggested using Couch Potato's mod of IPTV Stalker, since it is off site and is available.
