some channels have this problem permanent and don't have image and a few sometimes for about 15 minutes.
I read in other forum to change the MAC but i already try plus i already click on the IPTV Reset and Change Port. but still have it.
any support?

Unknown 10000 or black screen can be fully fixed. I did it and helped friends did it. I only know the fix on stb emu 1. Do your favorites which you have already done so. 2. Choose exo player NOT auto 3. Try to play in preview each and every channel on your favorites while on exo player.... Any channel that does not play with that player remove it. Voila. Better have 60 channels that play well with no errors than 80 channels on auto player and be facing errors.
