Hi I am having issue with mag254 going 5 weeks or more I email papiao several times about my issue but no reply. My problem is I cannot get pass my login info it keep giving me error message in red I check my donation and it says inactive on the site the information on my box is correct but it is not login in. Can someone please tell me what to do please there is still 180days remain on my donation of today.
