You need to do an IPTV Reset. The VPN changes your ip address, so the server won't be happy until you do the IPTV Reset. Remember to close down your device before the reset and to wait a healthy 15 minutes after the reset before firing up the device.

Shut down box did iptv reset waited 45min.rebooted router and box will not connect to channels.
In my experience with this service and VPN"S this service is very very picky of which address will work and which won't its a royal pain in the arse. I use a paid vpn and only two or three addresses that this service will work. I tryed another VPN paid service and never could get it to work on that one. I have asked this question numeous times here and never got no answer of why this happens. I would guess no one knows why. If i didnt have the VPN i have now. I wouldnt even be able to use this service.
I am trying purevpn.which one do u have.
try ipvanish are cyberghost works the best
if you put the vpn on your router do not reboot your router after you do the iptv reset, you may be changing your ip by rebooting your router
That is one i use that works, try houston Tx, Atlanta Ga, Miami Fl thats only ones will let mine work. Ip vansish other i tried and for me it was garbage none i tryed worked after numerous IPTV resets and router reboots after changing. I think the key to this is your physical location.
