green flashing light

hi guys
i beleive i fried my vixo 2
green power light flashes repeatedly and does not boot to home screen
i tried resetting by unpluggin power
holding reset and powering up still holding reset as posted in other threads.
just wondering if anyone has dealt with this problem before
my next step is to crack it open to see if anything burnt
thanks for your help
also is there a way to flash the box or jtag it

you try the tooth pick or when powering on up and down on box
