    Question 576 resolution or 720 H.265?

I noticed there are quite a few complaints about the low resolution of the channels. I also noticed there were quite a few complaints about 720 HD channels buffering when some channels were 720 HD (myself included). Why not make the channels 576 resolution if staying with H.264 encoding, or use 720 HD with H.265 encoding? Surely all customer's devices must be H.265 compatible by now. At very minimum, 576 resolution should make customers much happier than the current 480 resolution standard.

    Thanks for your consideration.

My opinion is that the right decision is: you and others who have trouble buying better quality Internet instead of being cut quality for all .

Sorry, I should have mentioned that I have a 100mbps fiber optic internet connection. I'm not suggesting a reduction in quality, I'm asking for an increase in quality and offering suggestions on how to accomplish this.
