I threw in the towel yesterday when I posted "down since June". Anyway, I thought i'd give it one more shot on my day off. Was able to get a new portal as 2.itpvprivateserver.tv. So I entered under server one with my login and password, did a reboot. . . .oh, well. No connection. Read some on site: "try a reset". Yep: "Sorry, we can't process now." If I had a dollar for every time I've gotten that this summer, I wouldn't be sitting here. Really, can someone help me out? Thank you for your help.

Good news you guys. I did a factory reset and re entered my info. Everything is working. Thanks for the site. I had forgotten all about a fac reset until I read a post. Lesson: read.
