Sound but no picture

Hey guys I am not getting any picture on my Mag 254 on the video club but it works on the tv portion any ideas what is the mater..........thanks.......two-dogs

I guess if no one else is having problems it must be on my end. It's just weird that I get the TV section with no problem except some of the porn is visually blocked out.

some users have fixed it by doing a iptv reset

Sometimes a simple reboot of the device gets video back. If not, try the IPTV Reset.

I'll try that but I have audio no video.....but only on the Video Club..............PS ............I need to find out why I am not getting any emails from you guys.....

Yes, I meant video. The e-mail you allude to wouldn't come from anyone here. The back end of the services is separate from people here who offer voluntary support.

Now my Mag is all messed up now I only get a green dot is there a way to reset it from the unit itself. And what you are saying about getting emails from members that doesn't happen here right. I thought if I set it up in settings to receive emails I would get notification of such, oh well............thanks two-dogs

Ok I need someone to give the bios setting I get to the part where it says loading then the screen goes blank any help on this....thanks..two-dogs
