New subscriber - can't view most channels

Greetings all:
I am in USA and have subscribed to the IPTV 66 this week. I followed the instructions and configured the the STB emulator accordingly. Unfortunately, almost none of the English language channels are working and a number of foreign ones I've tried are of either poor quality or taking only part of the screen. I tried different settings/did extensive troubleshooting but no luck. It looks like some other members on this forum were reporting same issues a few days ago. I did contact technical support twice but no one replied so far. Can someone recommend on how to proceed from here? Thank you in advance!

it could be a number of things as there are so many factors to consider, try using the forums search feature to find info related to your issue, good luck

I don't use the STB Emu, so I can't offer much direction. You might be better off searching in and posting in the STB Emu subforum, though. The issue sounds like it is more related to the emulator than the services themselves. You might try an earlier version of the emulator to see if you have better luck. If I remember correctly, some people went that route and had success.
