So I have it working with this service but I can't for the life of me get to the TV guide. I've tried every button on the remote from the list of channels and also the arrows because it shows a right arrow to access the TV guide on that menu. Is it an issue with ***, or just something that isn't working with this unit yet? I don't get it.
