Hey guys, I just got a new modem from Comcast and now I can't connect to the internet. I am using a wired connection with the ethernet and it's hooked directly into the modem. When I get to the page loading error screen it says the IP is not found and internet not available. Can someone guide me on what I have to do? thanks.

Ask the cable provider to reprovision for your new modem.
