Weird message

Box Mag 254 with NFPS only has a few channels and no video club. Tried a reset and got this message: "Ther's an error trying to update this Donation, MAC Address is banned 00:1A:79:33:26:E9". Anyone knows what that means.

means you had your mac cloned and used it in another device or shared your donation.

Thanks for the quick answer. I got the donation for him. Is there anything I can do to fix this? My neighbor claims that no one touched his box. He mentioned that an internet installer went to his house to do a repair and kind of browsed around his box. Could have been he culprit?
