my IPTV emulator is suddenly showing this error message "Your STB is blocked Call the provider". In the past I would check send device ID then I would do an IPTV reset on the account, but that procedure has stopped working. My donations are still active and my MAC address is 00:1A:78:xx:xx:xx. Does anyone know a way correcting this error?

STB EMU 0.8.07. I have 2 boxes working with this program (1800e and 585) but only 1 box giving me this error (585).

change 78 to 79 or other way around on 585 and do ip reset try that
