i am so frustrated

Hi am a newbie but I have some knowledge, cutting it short nothing is working nor downloading on PC and FTV on kodi
am using my amazon fire tv with kodi 16.1 I tried to download the pvr stalker plus via ********** but failed actually it downloads ( it takes more than an hour to complete)then vanishes I searched every bit of each file could not find it so I erased kodi downloaded another fresh copy but the same, I tried then the zip file from DARA's guide but also failed to load it by adblink, so I thought it was the fire tv, tried on pc also the same.
then I decided to change the plugin and download PVR Stalker NFPS also failed it gives me err msg that the addon blabla bla is located in stalker,
I checked native stalker app is disabled.
my donation from NFPS.
so please any help will be appreciated that's becoming an agony, please do not tell me to read and look for answers, I did my homework but failed to pass, so spoon feeding will be gr8 this time.

unplug your internet router/modem wait 30 seconds plug it back in wait till everyhing is back and try it again.

look first what program you using turn off av that stop you from downloading which you said had that problem will show loaded but not

Easy on me as am a newbie what program and av you are referring to stalker plus takes ages to download then after finishes nothing there
nfps stalker says cant download because of stalker location i tried both aftv and my lap top both reinstalled kodi on them
native stalker is disabled
also tried to sideload from dara guide the plus but refused and said err on the adblink
i tried zip format and apk and xml all did not work
do not think it's firewall matter as other plugins is downloading ok

I just downloaded the IPTV Stalker Plus zip file in about 12 seconds. There were no errors and the wait was in seconds not minutes.

Kodi's native PVR Stalker client is disabled until you configure and enable.

You need to do some reading in the stickies for each of the ways to use Kodi wiht the services. Alos, look at the second link in my signature.

i swear i read that more than 15 times literally, i read all your links, Dara's and crazed.
i did some reading on other forum i watched some you tube vids
am old enough to cry but i want to i never had something stuck like this even in my daily work (am B owner)
i disabled all fire walls
i restored kodi amazon fire
as last resort is there any way in the world that my ISP is blocking those plugins (which is something from another worlds dimension)
so is vpn going to solve the problem
as a thought what if one of you guys try to do it via team viewer on my laptop as also i failed to do it on it as well
