Imports guide from clients, but no info in Program Guide

Hi, I'm doing first time set up for an M8S+ box running Android 5.1 and Kodi 16.1. I installed and configured Stalker Client 1.0.8, and Stalker EPG Updater 1.0.17.

I am able to get my channels, but when I look at the guide, it shows only channels, but no program data.

I notice that when I start Kodi, I see the PVR client starting up, then it imports guide from clients. Is that something that has to happen each time Kodi starts? It can take a minute or so for the guide to be imported. Should that be happening every time Kodi starts?

Is there something I didn't set up correctly? What config settings should I check? I'm getting all of the channels, but it seems to not be getting the guide info where it needs to be so that it actually displays.

Ilan, thank you for the pointer, I think I found the thread you meant. I will try what was recommended there. I'm so close, I just need that extra nudge to get it working! My apologies for missing that thread. I did a search, but must have given up too soon, and should have just scanned the thread topics. Thank you for your patience with a newbie.
