login problem

when i log in, i go to channel loading, back to login, channel loading, etc. it seems that my dreamlink is stuck on this merry go round.
i rebooted, same thing.
i tried a differnt donation number, same thing.
how do i get off the merry go round.

yea login problem keep say erro even try unlink MAC and relink still erro

on the page whereyou have the boxes for setup. on dreamlink green ab for setup, red button to download channels, i just went to a box below.
