Locked out trying to add MAC address to my IKS66 Subscription

Hi, new to this, and setting up my new subscription. I verified my MAC address in the box and on my router, but when I enter it into the form to update MAC address, I get an error saying MAC couldn't be updated. After several attempts, I've been locked out and told to wait 24 hours..

What's the trick I need to know? I read about having a fake MAC address, but trying to understand how that works - I take it my device's actual MAC address isn't really verified, it's based on what I entered in my Stalker Client Config? (I'm using Stalker Client NFPS Clairvoyant) and what I enter on the iks66.com site?

Also, I'm being asked for a Server # in the Stalker Client config. It wants a number here. What data should I use?

Same thing happen to me waiting for reply to e-mail no answer yet and has been 24 hours but not letting me in yet says try in 24

Not having the correct format for a mac address if using a emu and entering it three times will cause the 24 hr lock out. Please look below for the information needed and a email from 66 will tell you the same thing.

Thank you, I waited and then found the guidance to use 00:1A:78 for the first three hex pairs (versus the actual MAC address's first 3 pairs), and it worked great. Thank you for the help!
