try just rebooting the box first, might work.
Use the reboot option found in the menus (System Settings menu, I think)

Yes the adult channels were removed today, and yes the EPG is currently down too.

This is also not a MAG specific issue as both relate to the service provider.

Unless the channels were unlocked at your end and you didn't reboot the portal you can still access them by pressing up and down on your controller, but if they were locked and rebooted they are long gone.

Last I saw there is 1 movie in the adult section.

How do you know this? I did see one adult channel on the video club section. And I did send a help request to papiao 2 days ago and still waiting to hear back. Thanks for the help.......

Well, after doing a reset with papiao I got all the adult channels back. However, still no epg.

The EPG has been Missing In Action all week on the MAG254 (and other STB's too, from what I've read here and elsewhere).

in posts 38 & 39, on 23 and 25 AUG 2016 respectively, but nobody in the know has stepped up to explain or give an ETA on it being resolved.

Sure wish they'd officially acknowledge it and address what's being done to fix it, given this seems to be a recurring problem on the MAG254 every 2-3 weeks, and with the nfps service in general. Grrr!!

I do appreciate the overall efforts made by the ********** team and nfps though, so hopefully someone from either or both teams will step up and give us some meaningful info soon.

If you do a reset, wait 10 minutes to allow the reset to populate channels, then enter user and password account No. You'll get xxx back on......still no epg though.....
