I have the right server url,they have the right mac #,I have rebooted everything several times and I have another server that works perfect.The other server was working great till last week...then quit working.I contacted them and they said they reset it and told me it should be good to go,I still cannt get it to go...has a lock where the blue dot is suppose to be.Can anyone HELP.
