I had it working on my downstairs tv fine and then i brought it up into my room to put on my tv and it has said authentication again for some reason!? instead of just loading straight on like so downstairs

where you added your mac address should be box saying reset not on your device but internet

No there is one for iptv reset but not mac reset

Thats it.....your resetting iptv and that will reset the mac and donation...so that they are linked
