iptv seem like it is in slow motion

hello I am running a T6 and everything worked fine until last week then. The iptv I am running iptv stalker plus with kodi ver 14.2 seems to be running in slow motion the iks portion is working fine. Stalker load fine and all channel load up but after about 5 seconds every channel goes into this "slow motion mode". I have done a factory reset on the T6 and rebuilt it again the IKS works fine but the IPTV just seem to be woring in slow motion. Any one got any ideas
