Order paid but email confirmation received - I need help

I did my payment and was approved confirmed on my bank .. It's been almost 48 hours but I haven't received anything yet . I did purschase 20 donations iptvrockets . Appreciate any help , thanks !

In your confirmation e-mail....there should be an order # you can check order number with the e-mail address you used to buy the rockets to see your donations....I have bought donations in the past but never received the donations in the e-mail........but found them when doing the e-mail and Order # check..................
