Account inactive after switching to stalker PLUS

So I was working fine for months on the built in stalker client PVR. I decided to switch to stalker plus + IPTV simple client so I can access VOD. All went well fine (I used the same ID’s I used in the stalker client to avoid doing a IPTV reset) i was up and watching until I got home yesterday... I couldn't access the service so I went to do IPTV reset to find my “donation” inactive. I'm not totally sure WTF to do now to get my account activated again… 140+ days left. Any kind of push in the right direction would be appreciated.

Best that you long back in to papiao and email them that your account has been marked inactive. The last time they did work on the servers a lot of people got marked inactive. They will fix this!

whats the email address of the iptv stalker admin or whoever bc the same thing happened to me my mac got switched to inactive and i never touched or changed anything
