Authentication Error running Jarvis

Last night I started to experience "authentication error". I did the iptv reset and all appeared to come back up. Now, today experiencing the same error. I'm on server 4

For the moment, you can try another IPTV Reset. If that doesn't get things working again, you can try a portal change. Why it is doing this, I don't know at this point.

I have 3 donations at home. 2 android STB's and a Win7 laptop(all kodi16.1)
1 of the 2 STB's has been doing this to me for the last 3 nights, and required an iptv reset.
God, I hope this is not happening again like before.

Update...did another IPTV reset and this time still get the authentication error? Huston, I think we have a problem!

I have more than 10 donations and get failed all when start up. After many times restart Kodi, it notice Authentication Error. I am sure the problem is from server. They have changed something cause this issue.

I am having the exact same issue. Everything has been working fine for months then suddenly it started with "Indexes must be integers not strings" error followed by authentication error. I have tried several times to reset the IPTV service. It would work for a short while then it would go back to errors. So i did a portal change plus a reset. Same result things work for a short time then errors. So finally I changed my Mac, portal, and did iptv reset all at the same time. SAME THING works for a short while then back to authentication error. This is getting so frustrating. Just renewed and have 350 days left on the donation. Not sure what kind of machine the OP is using, but I am using Kodi Jarvis with the IPTV Stalker PLUS video addon (newest version)
