    Question Authentication Failure IPTV Rocket

    Just renewed my Rocket and now it will not Authenticate when I try to log in.

    I am using my donation number for user and pass but not being accepted also tried my registered email and donation still no joy.. I use the Stalker IPTV app in Android which has been fine until the donation renewal.

    I have tried. Port Reset, IPTV reset and changing MAC address at papiao and still same result.

    Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

    Sounds like a technical issue to me.. If you are certain that you are inputting the correct numbers Try emailing Papiao.. I would try using the Donation checker 1st just in case you thought you renewed but really didn't

    I have used the donation checker and all looks good.. Active 362 days left etc... Also emailed them will let you know when I get a reply..

    It sounds like you most likely have an issue with lingering data. To get around this, you'll need to start with square one:

    1. Disable IPTV Stalker Plus.

    2. Make sure there are no PVR clients enabled that are configured for the services here.

    3. Go into the disabled IPTV Stalker Plus and click on Default.

    4. Go to the Donation Checker and do an IPTV Reset.

    5. Exit and restart Kodi.

    6. Re-configure the disabled IPTV Stalker Plus.

    7. Enable IPTV Stalker Plus.

    I think that there are a lot of people who cannot log into servers just now. What is the Fix!!

    The only fix is to wait until the servers are back online. There is no backdoor method for doing an IPTV Reset.

    I just tried the Rocket Donation Checker and it is working.

    Recieved a mail last night saying that they have reset the service from their end and asked me to reboot and check. "If the issue persists please visit the tech forum for guides and help, the staff will gladly help" and they added a link to this forum

    I havent had chance to check it yet but will later and update.

    I suspect you will find that the issue lies with the Stalker IPTV android app as I have several in use with myself and friends and they have all encountered the same problem with authentication failing to do anything after entering the donation number. That's using IPTV66, by the way - but still same app.

    I have emailed the seller of the app to see what he has to say. I'll let you know if I find out anything.

    UKmobil, that is not Aguile's problem. You, on the other hand, are accessing the service through a hacked IPTV Stalker app. There is no one selling the IPTV Stalker app other than scammers of the services here. Hopefully, we'll stay vigilant enough here to keep those who are trying to sneak through the back door locked out!

    Ok guys, followed Papaio instructions and tried to re-enter the donation for pass and u/n and same result - not loging into server.. Not Authorised - Please contact reseller notification again.. I think that I will have to wait awhile as it does appear that alot of people are having the same problems and se if a resolution is found. I contacted papaio again to let them know it didnt resolve the problem.

    Will keep trying..
