what worked for me is to log into your donation on the site and change your mac address to something wrong, log out, log back in and put your mac address back in. Started working instantly.

The reset button on the site next to the mac address didn't work for me. FYI. had to actually change the number

yes this worked for me...I changed my mac to something else on rocket site then changed back to actual mac address and channels came back..Thanks Jadaca.

How did you change your MAC address, please let me know I went to Papio site it now wants the order number and my order number is different than what he is asking because I did not buy directly and I bought it here... yara... yara... yara... this damn thing is just a waste of time.. and they don't give my money back.. I'm waiting for Select TV app comes out and become their member it is awesome.
