Picture Quality

Hi

Just bought a subscription at IKS66 and am quite dissapointed with the picture quality.
Most of the movie channels are unwatchable because of pixels, interlacing and bad framerate.
Some of the UK channels are better.

Is it just like this or does it scale by my internet connection?
