How do I rest my Donation ID

Hi all,
the menu for resting my donation is changed, they now asking for order ID that I do not have, the email that I used to purchase is deleted and I just have my donation ID and MAC address, can someone help me to rest my MAC address with what I have, thanks in advance.

Too late to help you with this one but in the past I also deleted all the info off my computer and never kept a copy to prove or use donation.......Now I make at least 3 copies of donation on my printer and fold 1 and store it under my STB box and store the other 2 in separate spots so I always if needed have a hard copy to go back on......It has paid off more than once so far...........hope this helps you in the future........cheers......ht

ASFT, hey read your PM thanks so much I tried again but it did not work-- but again the BOX said your IPTV is blocked and contact the provider .... any help on this?

ASFT, right after Papiao maintained the Servers my IPTV box worked fine, beside I did not have the email of the guy who sold the donation.

please never again get off a re seller ask him for all your info so you can do a ip reset ask him that
