you have to change your iptv portal where you first linked your mac address and after that do a IPTV reset

I'm getting the same problem on two different devices (Android and IOS). If I keep trying a channel it eventually works but it's becoming a little annoying.

I've tried the IPTV reset but the problem still exists.
What did you mean by 'change your iptv portal' though? Do you mean use Portal 2 or 3 instead of Portal 1 as that hasn't solved the problem....or have I misunderstood?

Does anyone else have any suggestions on how to fix this please?

Just to add something else, when it does do it, I always get the error message twice and on the third attempt, it works without fail???

I just started getting this same error. (must be integers not STR).. After a couple of clicks, I eventually get into the stream. Wondering if it's a conflict with another addon??

hey in the addon all you did was change to portal two with the mac and then did a mac reset and it works now. or i something wrong with the servers?
