Random buffering on certai

About 10 days ago, everything was working fine. Then ... I started to get immediate and excessive buffering on many
of my regular channels. Buffering on AMC, CNN, ESPN, Film4, Chiller, Headline News, SKY Atlantic, ESPN, National Geographic, Spike TV, and FXX.
All other channels play fine, only a small number have this buffering problem.


This problem happened on its own...I made no setting changes till it happened. These are some of the things I have tried:

1. Changed my Portal
2. Performed an IPTV reset
3. Upgraded from Openelec 6.0.3/KODI 15.2 to Openelec 6.95/KODI 16.1
4. Deleted the TV29.db file and it has reloaded
5. Tried switching to the Google DNS servers

Nothing has worked

Need some community help with this one..

Probably nothing you can do at your end..........The problem may be at their end......and of course there is nothing we can do about that........But wait............

Been waiting a month. Since this is only on selected channels and not all channels, it seems to be on my end since others report the channels play fine for them. I wonder if there is some corrupted file that I could restore. Have already tried everything on my list.
