Mag 254 Renewal Question

I renewed my subscription with about 25 days left (Papiao) and received my new donation number. I was hoping to just extend the time remaining with the renewal, but that is not the case it seems. Plus when I tried to use the new donation number, I was not permitted to change the mac address, I received an error message" Mac address already in use". My original donation number still works on the Mag 254. Any suggestions on either combining both of the donations so I do not lose what is now 24 days on the original and 364 on the renewal. If that is not possible, then how about getting the system to accept my mac address currently in use with the new donation number. I have emailed Papiao regarding this but no reply, thanks for any help you can offer.

Thanks, they are at all zeros right now. When I attempt to add the Mac address it says it is already in use. Does this need to be done multiple times?

It actually says "Mac Address Already Exists"

When I try setting the Mac address to all zero's on the original donation number it says"Mac Address Could not be Updated"

Problem resolved! First thanks to asft for being the only one to try and help with this problem. Papaio Tv finally responded to my email and asked for my mac address and added it to my new donation. The only hangup is I lost 25 days of service from my old donation, they did not add it on for me. When I asked them the best time to renew so as not to lose any days they emailed me back and said the following: "Hi.

That's correct, we suggest to renew 1 day before it expires.

PapiaoTV Staff"

I hope this helps anybody looking to renew, when emailing Papaio use the online contact form and be patient, they will reply and take care of your issue.
