    I installed the Nova app from the Mickyhop, but it doesn't work. Maybe it will do something later down the line.

    no such thing as firmware link for avov boxes ......go to settings..........system info............latest firmware is 1.0.8 ..........check for update if you are not at that numbered update...............

    My issue right now is there is no Server Setting option. The only way I can fix that is by a firmware via flashdrive. A factory re-set did not help either.

    Don't go to server setting..................go to Settings..........and then system info check to see what ver the box has ...if it is less then 1.0.8 ...then update from that page.............
