Portal stuck on blue bar

Hola to All,

[Update - In Settings (Inner Portal) I changed to Multi Portal Mode. That worked. Never had that set before, but hey, gift horse and all that, LoL]

I have not used the Mag254 in a while, but my donation is good, check server is still the same, mac ok, etc. But when I boot it goes directly to my single outer portal and the blue candy bar shows but it just hangs there, no yellow loading bar, no nothing.

I have powered off/on several times, no change. i did go to the donation check page and tried to "reset IPTV" but I got a message about "sorry, we can't do that right now".

What am I missing?

I always have to put in username and password Twice on my box..

after resetting box..I restart portal from settings..and do it all over again..all 12 digits...usually loads up the second time around
