So a lot of the time, I'm getting this on multiple machines also, Error - 10000, Mostly Bt sports 2, few on demand and even few adult... What does that mean? How do we fix and stop it?

Unknown Error code 10000
I get this error also. Seems to be an issue with the updated ver your using. I switched to ver 7.14 and so far no error. Anything above that ver, I get that same error.

Yeah but then 7.17 didn't allow VOD... and also popped up a ton of hey would you like to updates.....

I believe when the station isn't working then it gives that message.
