question re diff inet connections

this question is from my neighbor, he wants to know can he use iptv and iks at the same time in different rooms. he has 2 inet providers. he watches iks hooked up to one, he watches iptv hooked up to a different inet connection in his house. would nfps think he was sharing even though both are used in his house with different isps. he does not want to do the wrong thing, thank you

iptv and iks are two different connections. You can run those simultaneously.
