Help! Donated through reseller and Can't log onto Papiao

What is a person to do since the new security measures have been enforced? I'm not complaining mind you, I know that you all had to implement a more secure system but, that does leave a few of us locked out. Tried to contact reseller and will continue to do so but that doesn't look hopeful for any expedient relief. Everything was OK but now I believe a reset is needed and poof.... it is kind of like coming home to your apartment only to find that the locks have been changed and there is many months left on your lease. Okay ... sorry for the pity party. Can anything be done?

sometimes we can find your Client ID which is needed in place of the Order number.
With the information the reseller sends you , sometimes we get lucky and can find the Client IDs
That ID and the donation number will then get you logged into papiao.

Send rockycat everything you have that was sent from reseller.

Thanks rockycat for the quick reply, I have solved my problem. They sent me to the wrong donation checker,iwas trying to log on to nfps,instead of rocket, All is well except for a lot of freezing on all my channels today!! it was fine yesterday,but not today on 22.iptvrockettv . Again Thanks alot for your time and effort!!
