authentication error, pls help

hey guys, new b here, fist time trying to setup and get it going, im stuck on the login and password, so my question is how long do i have to wait to link my Mac, i went to link my mac, and it says allow us 24-48 hours to proccess your order, after purchase or check if your credit card was charged, i got my user and password already, but when i enter it gives me the authentication error, pls help!

That message usually indicates that you have entered the wrong info to search your order.
When the system does not recognise the info entered, then it defaults to that message.
