It's been awahile...NEED help

Hello again, I'm still new to this and I really need help. My Stalker Client keeps disabling itself and sometimes when it is working I get a popup that says STALKER CLIENT NEEDS TO RESTART. CAN ANYONE HELP ME please.

Also how do I make a new post in a specific area or under a group/catagory? Can't seem to figure it out

I have been getting the same pop up that comes on the screen like 8 to 10 times, keep hitting ok then it boots up no problem

not sure why it happens periocally

It may mean that there is a another add-on or service that is actively updating your settings, even though it appears they haven't changed. Make sure you turn those off (or disable the setting that is doing it). Most probable cause is the ********** updater service, and not turning off the 'configure' setting.
