adding m3u files to aVOV online+ STB

Hi,
Am new to this forum and am excited to find an IPTV resource!
I have used a mag250 past year or so.
Now streaming via a Avov online+.
I stumbled upon this webiste when searching for m3u file for retrotv.
I was somewhat familiar with uploading m3u files via flashdrive in to the IPTV section of my mag250 but could use some help with trying some retrotv m3u files on to my Avov!
Not sure if I should try it using one of their built in apps such as kodi (which I find very confusing) addons, simple iptv etc.
Any suggestions/assistance, thanks in advance!!
And any active/open links for retrotv any one can share?
Miss that ch. that I used to get on my KU band FTA system (97w).
