I am getting no channels, but it shows I'm connected to the IKS server. I renewed my sub a few days ago and everything was working fine. I have had nothing for the past two days.
How to check if my "MAC is still on?" My MAC had been showing all zeros and so I put it back in. Got message it was successful and it shows on the web page where you check your sub, but still no joy?

Thank you asft: the reset and got the IPTV working. Still no joy with IKS. Perhaps that takes them a little longer? Any suggestions? Maybe patience?
