Service down ?

Hi, is anyone else having the issue that the service hasn't been working since yesterday. When I start my MAG254 box, it gets to the blue screen and the bar never fills or loads. I dropped them an email, but have yet to have any response from them. If it makes any difference, I am on portal2, but I have no idea what I should do next or do I just need to wait

Seems like there is some type of issue I am on portal 4 on NFPS using MrMC. It took over 2 minutes to connect to server and every channel is struggling to load and once it does it grays and starts stuttering.

It seems that it was down on the weekend too, but then came back, now for like 24 hours there's been nothing. Maybe they just need to reboot the servers or something

Just be aware it technically not down it could be a routing issue or something else.
