Multiple channels down

Hi, I have multiple channels down. All BBC channels for example, all ITV channels, discovery turbo...I could go on.

I have done a reset and a new server change, but no improvement - and also no EPG.

Can anybody shed some light on what might be happening at the moment? Is it my own setup or a general problem that the community is experiencing?

Unfortunately, it is not you alone. The Sky Sports and BT Sports channels are down also.
