Url timed out message

I am using IPTV Stalker plus and configured for NFPS, after the setup I click open and I see Alpha then I go into it and see all the channel titles (All, Business, Children, Etc) I click on Cinema and try to open any of the channels but it says IPTV loading for a long time then it comes with urlopen error message

Can anyone help with this issue.

change your mac addy and then it should work and if not then or try a vpn

well that's the other problem I bought my sub from a reseller and he wont reply back with the new reset procedures I need donation, order id or email which I don't have and the seller never gave that to me. I don't know what to do, and I paid for the year. if any ways around this let me know. thanks

when from a reseller then the clients get a thing called a Client ID and that is submitted by the reseller.
The other choice of the Email would be his email (or who ever made the original order) and he would not let you have that email for obvious reasons.
The Order ID is the 16 digit Order number from papiao and he also can not let you have that because then you would have access to all donations on that one Order ID and there could be many donation codes on that ID, so that is why papiao set up the Client ID as an alternate authentication method.
But some resellers have to co-operate and take care of their clients better then they do. I said some, because there are resellers out there that do take care of their clients too.
No way anything can be accessed without that Client ID and donation number which can only be supplied by that reseller.

Thanks crazed, well I guess I am screwed out of my yearly service, I guess I will never buy from a reseller again what a shame, so many thieves out there. I wish papiao would have a way for people like me get access for what we have paid for.

papiao works with order numbers and email addys.
They give the quantity of donation numbers to the email that was used for the Order transaction.

It is a shame that some will never take care of their clients as they should.
But papiao can not do anything about that. They can not give out the email or the order number, and how could they really? What info could you give them in order for them to track down that donation ?
If you had the donation number even then they still could not give the info out or adjust things on that reseller account, as anyone could randomly guess a 12 digit number.
