It has been brought to our attention that some TVonline 4 units have a power supply issue. This is where a small buzzing noise is heard from the power supply unit when it is plugged into the wall power outlet.

We have investigated this slight issue and have already resolved it. We have already gone ahead and got the replacement power supply units into production. This means any user who has experienced this defect will be sent out replacement power supply unit’s with no additional cost’s to the customer (including shipping).

Please do take into consideration that it was only a small percentage of customers who were affected and does not affect your hardware at all.
