I cant get my unit to load, reset the unit but says Link Not Connected, what does that mean. I have reset it to all 3 dhcp,nand,nand2 separately but to no use, says the same thing, thought maybe someone on here could tell me where I am going wrong, Thanks.

check to see you have a connected internet connection....this often has happened to me during power bumps and resetting in this order....reset modem...then router.....then Mag 254.....with luck you will be OK again.....be aware that each reset (unplug and re-plug) takes a couple min. to complete....cheers

I reset everything and get the imfomir picture and says loading, but then picture goes off and nothing comes back on. I waited for 15 minutes and nothing, could it be the little box has gone bad, Thanks.

Do a factory reset see if that takes care of it

if u are using rocket with URL starting with22.and not 11. There is a issuer with that URL on the mages a lot of post on the form about it
